Hey, here is also a link to my demo reel that I will be using for the Gobelins Character Animation Workshop.   It has some 2D and stop-motion character animation in it.  And the flashy and squaek effects in one of the shots with parakeet were done by Jerry Vomacka.  Hope you like it!

Hi there, it's been a while; I've been having trouble signing on to here for ages.  Anyway, this is my gallery for the application to Gobelin's Character Animation Workshop sponsored by Loyola Marymount University Animation Department, and boy do I have a lot to show!  Some of it is just repeated by things below but I'll repost them just to put them all in one neat, tidy area.  These are just the character designs; I'll add the life drawings in the next post.

Thesis Character Designs

These are some of the character designs that will be appearing in my thesis this upcoming year.  It's really ambitious but I can't wait till I'm all done with the pre-production side of things and I'm actually animating! These characters are actually based off of people that I'm friends with.

Figure Drawing with Clothes

Some gesture drawings done with a clothed model who dressed up based on a yakuza theme, although I added the different hair styles.  Done both in about 5 minutes, I still need work on drawing my guns, among everything else of course.
